Financial Reporting & Systems Manager

Position Summary

This role is responsible for financial and investment reporting, technology stack optimization, and operational efficiency across systems supporting individual and family‑level reporting. The position serves as a key internal resource and SME for reporting platform - Addepar, technology tools, and emerging AI capabilities, while supporting ad‑hoc projects and cross‑functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Reporting

  • Maintain and update investment reporting systems to ensure data integrity
  • Run and distribute investment reports on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad‑hoc basis
  • Post and reconcile data within Addepar, ensuring alignment across systems and reports
  • Support optimization and continued buildout of the Addepar investment reporting platform including developing and maintaining documentation and process support

Technology Stack Management & Optimization

  • Oversee and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the technology stack supporting operations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and increase operational efficiency
  • Lead buildout and ongoing development of tools and systems to support operational needs
  • Manage technology subscriptions, renewals, and contract reviews

AI Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  • Research, develop, and manage AI‑driven tools and processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for reporting, analysis, documentation, and future content or process development
  • Serve as an internal resource for AI‑related strategy, experimentation, and governance

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Research, compile, and analyze data for special projects and recurring reporting
  • Prepare and maintain monthly individual spending reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Support leadership and stakeholders with customized reports and insights as requested

IT Management

  • Act as an internal IT resource and first point of contact
  • Serve as liaison between internal users and external IT service providers
  • Coordinate troubleshooting, enhancements, and system improvements

Projects & Ad‑Hoc Support

  • Support cross‑functional projects and special initiatives as assigned
  • Respond to ad‑hoc reporting, technology, and operational requests with a solutions‑oriented mindset

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience and knowledge of financial systems and processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial and investment data
  • Experience with investment reporting platforms (Addepar preferred)
  • Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize technology platforms
  • Experience in AI applications for business operations
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and external partners
